Clear and fair refund and return policies for digital programs, coaching sessions, and physical products.

1. Introduction
At Exercise Innovation, operated by EI SPORTS LLC, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund or return a product. This Refund and Return Policy outlines our clear and fair policies for digital programs, subscription plans, coaching sessions, and physical products.
By making a purchase through exerciseinnovation.net, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. For additional context, please also review our Terms of Service.
2. Digital Programs (Training and Mental Performance)
Our digital training programs, including the ACL Recovery Program, Soccer Off-Season Program, and Mental Performance Program, are delivered through our web application and include access to video demonstrations, progress tracking tools, and downloadable resources.
- A full refund is available if you request cancellation before any program content has been accessed.
- Once you access any part of a program — including viewing videos, downloading materials, or logging into the program dashboard — the purchase is considered final and no refund will be issued.
- No partial refunds are available for partially completed programs.
3. Subscription Plans
If you purchase a program through a subscription plan, the following terms apply:
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the program until the end of your current billing period.
- No refund will be issued for the current billing period after cancellation.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
- You may cancel your annual subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the program until the end of your annual billing period.
- No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of the annual subscription.
3.3 How to Cancel a Subscription
To cancel your subscription, you may:
- Manage your subscription directly through your account settings on the Website.
- Contact us at Support@exerciseinnovation.net with your name, email address, and the subscription you wish to cancel.
4. 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions
Individual coaching sessions with Coach Dave Boyer are booked and scheduled through our Website and Microsoft Bookings.
- A full refund is available if you cancel your session before it takes place.
- Once a coaching session has been conducted, no refund will be issued.
- If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (“no-show”) will be treated as a completed session, and no refund will be issued.
5. Physical Products (Apparel, Equipment, and Merchandise)
We sell physical products including branded apparel, balance boards, and other performance-related merchandise through our online store. The following return conditions apply:
- You may return any physical product within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Balance boards and training equipment must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Equipment that has been assembled, used, or shows any signs of wear is not eligible for return.
- Custom or personalized items, if applicable, are final sale and cannot be returned.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for a physical product, follow these steps:
- Contact us at Support@exerciseinnovation.net within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond with return shipping instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item(s) back in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a physical product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us at Support@exerciseinnovation.net within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your name, order number, and clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will send a replacement product or issue a full refund to your original payment method, based on your preference and product availability.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for the original item following the process outlined in Section 6 above, and then place a new order through the Website.
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital programs after any program content has been accessed.
- Completed one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Coaching sessions missed without prior notice (no-shows).
- Custom or personalized physical products.
- Physical products that are not in their original, unused condition with tags attached.
- Subscription fees for the current billing period after cancellation.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement again, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.
- If you have taken these steps and still have not received your refund after a reasonable period, please contact us at Support@exerciseinnovation.net with your name and order number, and we will investigate the status of your refund.
