What is the difference between the free session and a paid session?

The free 30-minute information session is a no-pressure discovery call. We learn about your goals and explain how our programs work. Paid sessions are structured coaching engagements where Coach Dave actively works with you on mental skills.
What does the Full Mental Performance Program include?

Ten 1-hour sessions covering all 10 mental skills modules: personality, goal setting, thought control, emotional control, visualization, mindfulness, meditation, breathing, self-talk, and mindset change.
