Coach Dave Boyer is an Athletic Trainer (ATC) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with 16 years of NBA experience and 36 years in the rehabilitation and sports performance sector. He has worked with the Tampa Bay Lightning, the Florida Panthers, and some of the most physically gifted athletes in professional sport.
Dave created the Wheel of Success because he saw the same pattern over and over: athletes who were physically ready but mentally stuck. The ones who made it to the next level were not always the most talented. They were the ones who trained their mind alongside their body.

What sport is this for?

The mental performance framework applies to any competitive sport. The physical training programs currently cover ACL recovery and soccer, with more sports being added. The mental skills you learn here — confidence, focus, visualization, breathing, self-talk — are universal.
Do I need to do both physical and mental training?

No. You can enroll in the mental performance program on its own or choose a physical training program with mental performance built in. However, athletes who train both consistently see the biggest results.
How much time does this take per week?

The mental performance modules take 20 to 30 minutes per week. Physical training programs are 4 to 5 sessions per week, each lasting 45 to 75 minutes depending on the phase. Everything is designed to fit around your existing training schedule.
Is this only for elite athletes?

No. This platform is built for competitive athletes at all levels — high school, club, college, and beyond. Mental skills are trainable at every stage of development. The earlier you start, the bigger the advantage.
What if I just had ACL surgery?

The ACL Recovery Plus program is designed specifically for post-op athletes.
